JEFFERY E. MERRY SR., MBA, J.D.

After over 17 years employed in the private sector by a Fortune 100 company, Jeffery Merry, began the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.sm. Since its inception over 15 years ago, the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.sm has become one of the most successful business brokerage firms in the Southeast.
As a Business Intermediary, Jeffery has been involved in over 150 mergers and acquisitions that have ranged in acquisition price from $60,000.00 to over $15,000,000.00. Jeffery specializes in serving the manufacturing and distribution industry, the service and construction industry as well as the consumer products industry.
Jeffery is a lifetime member of Georgia Association of Business Brokers (GABB) prestigious Multi-Million Dollar Club and was the first Georgia broker in GABB to receive the Phoenix award for being in the Multi-Million Dollar Club for 10 consecutive years. Jeffery and the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.sm has been a member of GABB for fifteen (15) years.
Jeffery holds a Bachelors Degree from Mercer University, a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Illinois, and a Juris Doctorate from Atlanta Law School. Jeffery is also a licensed real estate broker in Georgia and Florida. Further, he is an Adjunct Professor of strategic management, accounting, and finance in MBA programs.

JON L. MERRY, CMEA

Jon Merry is a certified (CMEA) Machinery/Equipment Appraiser with the National Equipment Business Brokers Institute (NEBB Institute). A CMEA is intensively trained in the legal requirements involving the USPAP standards, as well as the methodology approach employed in establishing fair market value, orderly liquidation value, and forced liquidation value in any market condition.
In addition to assisting our firm with necessary appraisal reports on engaged company's assets, Jon has worked with the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.℠ since 2004 as a C.B.A. He has a keen understanding for the buying and selling process and has assisted our staff of Senior Brokers with numerous M&A transactions. Jon is well versed in the industry and handles a wide range of deal making activities to help meet the needs of our clients. In addition, Jon is also an affiliate member of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers.

DANA B. CHITWOOD

Dana Chitwood has been with the company since 2002 and brings a great deal of expertise to the business. Administratively, Dana manages the office on a day-to-day basis; further, she manages buyers, coordinates with sellers to develop business analysis on available companies for circulation to prospective buyers, and manages the company's web listings, invoicing, and scheduling. With an educational concentration in Computer Science, Dana is fluent in a variety of software packages including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, QuickBooks, MS Publisher, Adobe Acrobat and ACT database management.
Past experiences include over fifteen years in research, development, senior administrative and direct interface contact with customers. As well as over seven years experience in outside sales with a major clothing manufacturing company where she received numerous sales awards and commendations of excellence including nomination to the Leadership Board for the company.

RAELYNDA A. MERRY

RaeLynda Adams Merry is the Firm's Marketing Manager and has been with the company since 2007. RaeLynda brings a great deal of hands on, customer contact experience to the firm. In additional to managing all marketing efforts for the company for both buyers and sellers, RayLinda also controls all strategic databases for the company. At any given time, the strategic database includes thousands of financially qualified private investors and buyers allowing us to sell 95% of the firms we take to market. RaeLynda publishes the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc sm 's internal newsletter, marketing articles and authors white papers that continue to keep business owners and buyers educated on the market. Further, RaeLynda's past experience includes over six years of retail management.

CANDACE HOLDEN MERRY

Candace Holden Merry is the newest addition to the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc. She has served as a Realtor in Northeast Georgia for over 10 years. During this time, Candace was an award-winning Million Dollar Producer and won several awards for both Top Listing Agent and Top Selling Agent. Candace obtained her Brokers License in 2006 and now excels as an Associate Broker for the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc. Prior to her real estate career, Candace was employed in retail management including executive service in Marketing and Personal Relations for a national food chain.

STUART J. BRADY

Stuart J. Brady attended Georgia Southern College and is a Senior Business Analyst with the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.sm. Mr. Brady brings over 6 years of experience as a successful business broker in the State of Georgia to the Firm. He has worked with business owners in the manufacturing, distributing and services industries and was ranked among the top 10 business brokers in the State of Georgia in 2006 and 2007.
Mr. Brady comes from a family business background where he spent 17 years as a manufacturer's representative of better women's apparel in the southeast for Frank J. Brady & Sons. In addition to managing his 4-state territory, Mr. Brady was responsible for managing their 25 sales associates for their Atlanta showroom. Frank J. Brady & Sons serviced small boutiques, catalog houses, and select department stores throughout the Southeast.
Mr. Brady is still a small business owner today, and this year celebrates 11 years of owning and operating a self-service car wash in the historic Atlanta neighborhood, Kirkwood. Mr. Brady has served on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Association of Business Brokers for the past two years and is currently Chairman of its Public Relations Committee. Mr. Brady is also a long time member of the Decatur Business Association, as well as the Kirkwood Business Owners' Association. Mr. Brady considers himself practically a native Georgian after living here for over 40 years.

JOHN P. JUGOVIC

John earned a Bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and brings to the Business House a strong record of success in Operations and Finance. He has thrived in both high paced environments with significant growth as well as start-up ventures developing and applying strategies for achieving aggressive business goals.
John's 30-year professional career includes extensive experience in manufacturing and product development. John has managed acquisitions and reorganizations of entrepreneurial enterprises in the areas of medical devices, distribution and consumer products.
Committing full time to mergers and acquisitions in 2006, John was awarded the Certified Business Intermediary (CBI) designation from the International Business Brokers Association. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Georgia Association of Business Brokers.
