After over 20 years in business development, franchise operational programs, and business consulting, Tom Reeder joined the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.sm. Tom focuses on Business and Franchise Consultation, including helping potential franchise business owners match up with the right business opportunity to meet their goals and lifestyle.

Tom's career path has taken him from experiences in sales, sales management, business management to business ownership. For the past 20+ years, Tom has been involved primarily in business development roles, creating franchise programs and getting hundreds of people involved in owning their own successful, profitable businesses. For the majority of that time, he was in charge of franchise sales, training, and support for Swisher International, a route service business. With the assistance and guidance of Tom, Swisher was able to create successful franchise owner operations in over 90% of the United States and in 22 other Countries.

Tom is a lifelong native of the Charlotte, NC area, he and his wife Wendy currently live in the area. He received a BSBA in Economics from Western Carolina University. Additionally, Tom has served on the National Board of Directors for the Make-A-Wish Foundation of America and currently is on the Board of the March Forth With Hope Foundation, a local non-profit dedicated to helping families in need.
