After several years of experience in project management, commercial real estate finance, and commercial real estate investment operations, Bob Blackwell joined the BUSINESS HOUSE, inc.sm as a Senior Business Analyst. Bob focuses on business brokerage and exit-planning consulting for family-owned businesses in the Savannah and Brunswick Georgia area.

Bob spent several years as in project management and estimating experience with Atlanta-based commercial contractor Pinkerton and Laws. In addition, he has experience in close financing for private developers and REITs who were acquiring and developing large-scale commercial real estate developments including apartment and retail properties. He also has several years experience with entrepreneurial real estate development, including his own real estate investment operations in numerous entities for properties in eight different states.

Bob Blackwell, a native from Brunswick Georgia, holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering degree (BSCE) from Georgia Tech. Additionally, he holds a Master of Business Administration degree (MBA) with concentration in entrepreneurship, finance, and real estate from Terry College of Business at the University of Georgia. Bob is also a licensed real estate broker in Georgia.
